🏆 Young Scientist Award – Terms & Conditions
To encourage and recognize excellence in research among young scholars, the following eligibility criteria and guidelines shall apply for the Young Scientist Award:
👤 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be below 35 years of age on the date of the conference.

The applicant should be a student, research scholar, postdoctoral fellow, or early-career faculty/scientist actively involved in research.
📄 Research Submission

Applicants must submit an original and unpublished research paper relevant to the conference theme.

The submitted work must not have been previously awarded in any other conference or forum.

Only one submission per applicant will be considered for the award.
🎤 Presentation Requirement

The applicant must personally present the research work during the conference, either through an oral presentation.

Failure to present at the conference will result in disqualification from award consideration.
📝 Registration & Verification

Applicants must complete conference registration and attend the event to qualify.

A recommendation letter or verification certificate from the applicant’s institution/supervisor is required as proof of eligibility.
🏅 Evaluation Process

Applications will be evaluated by the Scientific/Award Committee based on:

Originality of the research

Scientific quality

Innovation
-
Relevance to the conference theme

Presentation effectiveness

⚖️ Final Decision

The decision of the Award Committee/Jury shall be final and binding.

No requests for reconsideration or appeals regarding the award results will be entertained.
